Requirements

To qualify for the BCBA position, candidates are required to have a Master’s degree in the field of applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a closely related field.
Applicants must also have current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience is necessary, yet preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with autism and expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a BCBA with Autism ABA Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention programs based on the results of assessments
    • Conducting functional behavior assessments and data-based decision making to determine client needs
    • Providing parent training and support to ensure comprehensive dissemination of information
    • Supervising a team of behavioral therapists dedicated to implementing behavior intervention programs
    • Collaborating with families, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure the highest quality of care
    • Conducting ongoing evaluations to monitor client progress and make adjustments to treatment plans as needed
