How Can We Help?

Your child’s progress shouldn’t stop when the school day starts. Our BCBAs and RBTs can support your child in the classroom anywhere in Florida, and in Texas where the school district allows it, working alongside teachers and school staff so the skills your child builds at home carry over to school.

How school-based ABA helps:

– Supports transitions, routines and following directions during the school day
– Keeps everyone on the same page through ongoing collaboration with teachers and the other therapies your child is receiving

 

 

Getting started:

1) Call 888-872-0459 or email Newintake@practice-mgmt.com.
2) On a short intake call, we learn about your child, the school and your schedule.
3) We email you your insurer’s requirements, you sign consents, and we match a local RBT and BCBA while we request approval.
School-based services can depend on school district approval, which can affect start dates, and we guide you through it. We’re in network with all major insurers in Florida, including Medicaid plans, and all major insurers in Texas. There’s no waiting list.
