What Do You Need to Work as an RBT at Autm ABA Therapy?

Joining our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) requires meeting certain qualifications to ensure you’re ready to provide the best care and support for our clients. Here’s what you need:

    1. RBT Certification

      • Must be certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) or willing to complete the certification process before starting.

    3. Background Check
