Before providing services, you must submit all required documents and training certificates. Below is a checklist of what you’ll need:
Age and Education:
Must be 18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Credentials:
RBT credential.
Proof of legal status (e.g., US Passport, Residence Card, or Employment Authorization Card).
Identification Documents:
Social Security Card.
Driver’s License.
Local Police Record.
Level II Fingerprints for:

Employment Documents:
Resume detailing proficiency and work ability.
Three recommendation letters.
