How to Obtain Your RBT License

Before providing services, you must submit all required documents and training certificates. Below is a checklist of what you’ll need:

Age and Education:

  • Must be 18 years or older.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Credentials:

  • RBT credential.

  • Proof of legal status (US Passport / Residence / Employment Authorization Card)

Identification Documents:

  • Social Security Card.

  • Driver’s License.

  • Local Police Record.

  • Level II Fingerprints for:

    • AHCA: ORI# EAHCA013Z

    • School Badge: FPLCBadgePrints.

Employment Documents:

  • Resume with description of proficiency and ability to work

  • Three recommendation letters.
