- Service Start: Services begin promptly after we receive approval, depending on your insurer’s response time.

How Staffing Your Case Works
We take a personalized approach to staffing your case by contacting providers in our database who align with your clinical needs, location, and schedule. While we submit the necessary documentation for insurer service approval, we simultaneously update the staffing file and conduct training tailored specifically to your case.
During the first 2–3 weeks of your service, depending on several factors, your assigned staff will primarily focus on building rapport and pairing with your child. This critical period helps establish trust and a positive working relationship. During this time, you will also have the opportunity to evaluate the match we’ve made and provide us with feedback to ensure it’s the best fit for your family.
