Your application information is used to ensure the best possible match.
Any available cases are offered to current employees first.
We notify our database about available cases by location, sending details via text.
The case list is updated several times daily, so check back frequently.

1. What is the patient’s code?

The patient’s code can be found in Column A.

2. What cases are available?

Cases without an assigned RBT are considered available.

3. What if the schedule or city isn’t provided?

This means we don’t have that information yet. Please check back later for updates.

4. What if I don’t see any cases for me?

Keep checking the list regularly, or wait for us to text you with new case information.

5. What if I don’t receive a text?

We are likely working on new cases that haven’t been posted yet. Please be patient and check the list again soon.
