Company Overview
At Autism ABA Therapy, we believe that children need early childhood education, guidelines, and professional evaluations and assessments to have the best chances to succeed in life. Children in the autism spectrum deserve to be active members of the community, which is why we develop individualized treatment plans to help all children who require our services. Our approach focuses on applying several different ABA strategies and techniques, with an emphasis on verbal behavior, positive behavior supports, a student analyst program, and evidence-based therapy services. Our goal is twofold: help the children we cherish and let our therapists grow as professionals. We provide a positive and nurturing work environment so that all BCBA or BCABA therapists have the space and opportunity to unfold the positive behavior services for the right case.Requirements
To qualify for the BCBA position, candidates are required to have a Master’s degree in the field of applied behavior analysis, psychology, special education, or a closely related field.
Applicants must also have current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Experience is necessary, yet preferred qualifications include experience working with individuals with autism and expertise in conducting functional behavior assessments.

- You will conduct diagnostic evaluations and functional behavior assessments, and evolve behavior therapy using data-driven decision-making to identify certain plans for individual needs and apply BCBA therapies to the requirements of each case.
- You will provide training and support to parents to ensure they have all the necessary information and the tools they need to continue the ABA therapy at home and help their children thrive.
- You will supervise a team of behavioral therapists who are tasked with delivering ABA therapies to children on the autism spectrum.
- You will collaborate with families, schools, and other stakeholders to guarantee the highest standard of care and ensure maximum student support.
