Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in delivering ABA interventions.
  • Provide effective parent training using ABA techniques to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and alignment in care.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities.
  • Ensure ethical and professional behavior in line with BACB standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • BCBA Certification (Required)
  • Master’s Degree in a relevant field (Required)
  • Experience in managing ABA programs, staff supervision, and parent training.
  • Strong data collection and program evaluation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Work Environment:

  • Cape Coral, FL (Must relocate or reside in Florida before starting the position).
  • In-person services, with potential for hybrid telehealth options for added flexibility.
