With over two years of hands-on experience, Allan has focused on working one-on-one with clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), achieving notable results in his dedicated pursuit.

His journey includes working under the supervision of various Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) across diverse cases and settings. This exposure has enriched his skill set, honed his understanding of applied behavior analysis, and equipped him with versatility to adapt to different client needs. Allan’s commitment to continuous improvement and professional development has made him a favorite in supervision, reflecting his dedication to enhancing therapeutic effectiveness.

Allan draws from a unique support system—his mother, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) completing her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This valuable resource provides insights into evidence-based strategies and interventions, fostering a deep understanding of behavioral principles.

Simultaneously, Allan benefits from his father’s entrepreneurial expertise, with over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry and various business ventures. This dual influence positions Allan to create, sustain, and enhance client-centered business models, emphasizing client satisfaction, effective management, and continuous improvement.

Having personally navigated challenges within the public school system, Allan possesses firsthand knowledge of the struggles faced by special needs children and their families. This unique perspective fuels his empathy, advocacy, and dedication to improving support systems, accommodations, and resources within the educational system.

Additionally, Allan’s experience as part of an elite hockey team has instilled in him the importance of key principles and values, including teamwork, discipline, commitment, accountability, continuous improvement, resilience, leadership, adaptability, focus and concentration, and sportsmanship. These principles extend beyond sports, shaping Allan into a well-rounded, disciplined, and resilient individual who applies these values to all aspects of life.

Allan’s initial inclination towards the medical field took a transformative turn when he encountered Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). This encounter ignited a deep passion within him, guiding him to transcend the role of an RBT. Driven by his newfound dedication, Allan now extends his expertise by training new RBTs, collaborating on intense cases, assisting prospects in preparing for and passing board certifications, and creating instructional videos and blogs for both parents and colleges.

His commitment to sharing knowledge and empowering others in the field reflects not only his passion for ABA but also a genuine desire to contribute to the growth and success of those entering this specialized field. Allan’s multifaceted approach, from hands-on training to educational content creation, showcases his dedication to advancing the understanding and application of Applied Behavior Analysis.
